How to Apply False Eyelashes: A Simple Guide

How to Apply False Eyelashes: A Simple Guide

Here are the steps to effortlessly enhance your beauty by applying false eyelashes with the right techniques:

Prepare materials and specific operations:

You will need false eyelashes, eyelash glue, tweezers, and a mirror. Once everything is ready, you can begin.

Use tweezers to clean off any residual glue from the base of the false eyelashes.

Starting from the root of your natural lashes, use the eyelash curler to curl upwards towards the ends, ensuring the entire lash is curled.

Pinch the ends of the false eyelashes inward slightly to give the base a gentle curve, enhancing its fit to your eye shape.

Align the outer edge of the false eyelashes with the outer corner of your eye, and the inner edge should be positioned about 5-6 mm away from the inner corner. It’s not necessary to cover the entire inner corner.

Once the false eyelashes are of appropriate length, apply a moderate amount of eyelash glue.

After applying the glue, wait for 10-15 seconds until the glue becomes semi-dry. At this stage, the glue will be most adhesive, ensuring a secure attachment.

Look downward with your eyes to expose the entire eyelid, and apply the false eyelashes at an upward angle.

Use tweezers to grasp the middle of the false eyelashes near the roots. Align the outer edge of the false eyelashes with the outer corner of your eye. After attaching the middle portion, release the tweezers immediately. Then, grip the roots of the false eyelashes at the outer edge and secure them to the eye’s end. Finally, grip the roots of the false eyelashes at the inner edge and secure them to the inner corner of the eye.

Check and store

Check for any gaps or lifting edges. Adjust the lashes if needed by pressing down gently. Make sure the lashes feel comfortable and secure.

Remove the lashes carefully after use. Use an oil-free makeup remover to dissolve the adhesive. Clean the lashes gently with a soft cloth. Store them in their original case to maintain their shape.

Don’t get discouraged if it takes a few tries. Practice improves your technique and confidence. Soon, you’ll apply false lashes quickly and effortlessly.
